nice stay but minor issues

The layout of the room was impressive, with a fantastic ocean view that made my stay feel more special. The staff members were genuinely kind, adding a personal touch to my experience.

Stunning Views and a Relaxing Retreat!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the King Studio with Ocean View! The sunsets from our balcony were breathtaking. Loved the pool area, and the staff was attentive. For dining, make sure to explore all open restaurants!

The location of the Westin in Lahaina took my breath away. I loved waking up to the stunning sunrise views from my King Studio with Ocean View and Balcony. The room layout felt spacious and the comfort level was just right. Staff members at the concierge and front desk provided excellent service, always friendly and ready to help. I especially enjoyed the little cat refuge on-site. such a charming surprise! The on-site store was convenient for grabbing snacks and coffee. However, there were some drawbacks. Check-in took way too long, with not enough staff at the front desk to manage the crowd. The resort's layout felt disorganized, making it hard to find the lobby and navigate the various parking options. This led to delays that affected my plans significantly. Also, I expected two beds based on the reservation but found only one bed and a pull-out sofa instead. Lastly, the pillows needed improvement. they weren't comfortable at all. These issues detracted from an otherwise wonderful stay.

I really enjoyed the amazing ocean view and spacious layout of the King Studio. The pirate ship pool was a blast for the kids. The koi ponds were a lovely touch too! Definitely worth another visit.

the westin has a fantastic location, just steps from the ocean. the concierge and front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. we also loved visiting the cat refuge on-site, which added a unique touch to our stay. plus, the shop had everything we needed for a morning coffee or snack.

I had a fantastic short break here. my previous stay in lahaina was nice, but the westin exceeded my expectations with its stunning ocean view from the king studio balcony and welcoming staff. i loved the relaxing atmosphere and the well-maintained pool areas that offered a variety of activities for families.
